If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call (877) 926-6526 or email us at info@bluediamondpan.com as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request, but please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process, which is typically the same day your order is placed. Please refer to our returns policy for information on returning items you have ordered.
Please note: If you cancel an order that qualified you for a promotion or special deal, you may no longer receive that discount or promotion.
Consumers may return their unused products within 90 days after receiving. We kindly accept returns for product that is unused and in original packaging. Due to the nature of the item, cookbooks cannot be returned and are final sale. The shipping cost of returning unwanted purchases to Blue Diamond is the responsibility of the consumer. To return an item, please contact us at info@bluediamondpan.com for further instructions.
If any defect is identified by our Consumer Services department, we will replace your pan with something of equal or greater value. Refunds are not applicable.

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email, order history by logging into your account and on the receipt that arrived with your products.
